Make a Gift

Dear alumni, students and friends of SFSU's Computer Science Department:

Now, more than ever, the Computer Science Department can benefit from support from private donors to fund its excellent education and research programs.

Your gift to the Computer Science Department will support:

  • Students – our students are hardworking and successful; you can support them with the gift of a scholarship, fellowship, research and conference grants, academic award, internship possibilities, and more.
  • Faculty – our faculty are excellent teachers who engage students in national and international renowned research.  Your support to faculty will help us hire and retain dedicated and gifted teachers.  Resources directed to faculty funds further their professional development as instructors and scholars.
  • Academic Programs – besides degree programs for BS and MS in Computer Science, we are dedicated to interdisciplinary studies and we have created the (Computing for Life Sciences Web Page). CCLS is the focus point of ground-breaking work in the sciences including bioinformatics and helps both in educating our students as well as offering them and our faculty excellent research opportunities.
  • Facilities – You can help bring state of the art lab spaces and equipment to our college.   We have many labs and study spaces that require furnishings such as multimedia equipment, lab chairs and stools, study desks, conference furniture, software and hardware.
