File upload attacks have become one of the fastest-growing forms of attack today. This past summer, attackers even infiltrated several nuclear facilities in the U.S. using fake resume document uploads that were contaminated with malicious code. This is only one of many such major attacks that organizations with web-facing portals or applications may face. In this session, you will learn how OPSWAT Metadefender, the most powerful antivirus and malware prevention platform on the market, thwarts these types of attacks, among others. Metadefender offers Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) – also called Data Sanitization – to prevent targeted malware attacks, which are embedded in complex file formats and based on attackers leveraging known or unknown vulnerabilities and other techniques. Prior to founding OPSWAT, Benny held technical leadership positions at NetManage, Netect and BindView. Benny earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technion-Machon Technology Le' Israel.
