File upload attacks have become one of the fastest-growing forms of attack today. This past summer, attackers even infiltrated several nuclear facilities in the U.S. using fake resume document uploads that were contaminated with malicious code. This is only one of many such major attacks that organizations with web-facing portals or applications may face. In this session, you will learn how OPSWAT Metadefender, the most powerful antivirus and malware prevention platform on the market, thwarts these types of attacks, among others. Metadefender offers Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) – also called Data Sanitization – to prevent targeted malware attacks, which are embedded in complex file formats and based on attackers leveraging known or unknown vulnerabilities and other techniques. You’ll learn how to protect against threats that can occur through multiple channels of data flow into and from organizations, including email, API, ICAP, and enabled devices.
