More and more news is available free online from various sources .In order to view the updated news the user pokes into number of websites. This could be a time consuming process as there is a lot of news available nowadays for anybody to keep track of the latest and updated information all the sources. With the materialization of content syndication and RSS news feeds, users can aggregate all the latest news in one program viewing it as a single source .Really simple syndication commonly known as RSS works like a big filter that brings together articles and web sites that publish the news content and is available in easy to use xml format. A lot of personal home page services such as my yahoo, page flakes, iGoogle, etc allow users to manage their RSS feeds and display them in interactive web widgets. The goal of this project is to understand the implementation of such RSS Feed Management systems. The system aims to design and implement a user customizable page with access to preferred RSS feed divided in different categories. The users can organize their personal web pages with relevant information from the RSS feeds and display them in drag and drop persistent layout of web widgets.
