It is well known that almost every business website now a days has a contact form, which is the primary method of lead generation (a lead is consumer interest or inquiry into products or services of a business). A majority of contact forms are configured to send an email-lead to predefined email addresses. These leads tend to get lost in the owner’s email inbox, and are rarely used for marketing in the future. In this project, a SaaS based lead management web application, namely Lenager, is designed and developed. Lenager streamlines the lead capture and management process as it was built such that users require no programming knowledge. Users can build contact forms using drag-and-drop user interface, publish forms on web pages and start generating leads. Captured leads can be easily placed into various interest groups and sub-groups based on business offerings and lead demographics. The application is already integrated with SalesForce, Infusionsoft, Aweber and MailChimp to facilitate real-time lead publishing on these platforms. Users can easily manage leads generated through official business website. Using this web application, small businesses should be able to use cold leads for cross marketing and sending offers through email campaigns. They can use the application alongside other marketing platforms since leads can be exported real-time as well as through CSV. Form analytics offers valuable insights to help in marketing decision of the business.
